Seeing dead animals on the road almost makes me cry.
And when I see them, I often have to wonder why.
Many dart in front of cars at bad times I know.
Some just don't understand when it is safe to go.
Animals probably don't actually realize a road is even there.
They try to cross them because to animals it is just like any where.
Due to ignorance, millions of animals die out on the highway.
Because to one side of the road, animals just won't stay.
But I wonder how many could live on if drivers had tried.
If people stayed alert, more animals could cross to the other side.
And then many animals are run over because a driver wanted to.
As some people think that its something fun to do.
That the animal could be someone's pet they have no regard.
Just that any animal in their path beter be on the guard.
Its not expected to risk human life to keep an animal alive.
But we can at least be watchful for them while we drive.
They are all God's creatures which should be preserved when we can.
And we shall realize everything wasn't put here for only man.
I hope we will all try to be watchful but i know we won't.
A lot of people do their best but always some just don't.
