I've fallen and I can't get up

    I've fallen to a new low. Really let myself go. 

    I just applied nail polish without a basecoat. As a self proclaimed "Polish Enthusiast" I feel as though I've committed a crime. Any nail polisher worth their weight in acetone knows you apply basecoat, colour, then topcoat (unless your colour has a special finish that wouldn't be visible with topcoat). It's one of the basic rules oF PAINTING YOUR NAILS. What's going to be next to go? Since it's obvious I don't care about anything anymore... Maybe I'll stop showering and brushing my teeth altogether. But that won't matter anyway, no one will have to smell my stench (at least for a few months) if I stay in bed all day.

     

    First your basecoat, next whatever pathetic semblance of a life you had.
