I guess kids and animals will ALWAYS need a lot of help. Others do too. You choose what you do charity-wise because?

Think a report showing he is declining due to the onset of Alzheimer's (as Reagan was) would ever be shared? Of course not. How much money will the fake physical take and does anyone care? :( The "results" will show that he is in extremely great health and that there is nothing wrong with him and that all test results are off the charts GREAT!.
