He says he's proud of it and I'm thinking this is the swamp he's talking about. But while some employees are going without a paycheck some senior officials (cabinet secretaries and under secretaries among them) are getting anywhere from a $10,000 to $12,000 raise on the 5th of January.Can anyone define this 'swamp' he was talking about?
