Who needs an audience? Of what value are the cheers and claps and laughs? If the message is sincere why can't it be in front of empty halls and auditoriums?

I talked with a Florida Real-estate agent and they are selling surprisingly cheap. The land even comes with a residence requirement, so he will have to live there, lest he loose it And if the Democratic commie liberals are right about all the ice melting he will even get the exciting adventure of defending his land against the fleeing hordes from the north.
