How about if it went a different direction? Could you name the ONE US president who either by evidence or merely in your opinion was the most loved or most liked or most respected by the highest majority of US citizens? You might be surprised to learn that even those presidents most remembered fondly in hindsight actually had high percentages of detractors, to include people who hated them vehemently. Some of that negativity had to do with concrete issues and some of it had to do with the man himself. The passage of time and the information that is chosen to be put in history books or recalled by the media has a strange way of being picked and chosen by people who seem to be suffering amnesia. The reason you’re being asked to name only one of them is that there may have been good qualities and bad qualities about many of them, and this would beco... less

Years and years ago, I asked my wife to stop telling things about her friends’ and coworkers’ private lives. She used to rattle off little tidbits to me such as, “X1 lost $12,000 in a telemarketer’s scam” or “Even though X2’s husband never takes his blood pressure medicine, his health has actually improved” or “X3 found out her son was taking drugs so she and her husband sent the boy to rehab, you should see how much it’s driving them crazy” or “I can’t believe that X4 can fit into her daughter’s clothes, she dresses like a teenager” or “X5 owns property in Alaska and showed me a picture of it today, the paint is the ugliest color I’ve ever seen and it’s chipping, too”, etc. Yawn!
I would ask her, “Why do I need to know that?” It got to the point that I finally put my foot down. I told her that I didn’t want to know anything about anyone... less

What are some typical first things looked for, first things noticed, first thoughts, etc. when an attractive and sexy woman is in a public setting and another attractive and sexy woman arrives, both of them strangers to each other? Conversely, what are some typical first things looked for, first things noticed, first thoughts, etc. when a handsome and sexy man is in a public setting and another handsome and sexy man arrives, both of them strangers to each other? For the purposes of answering, sexual orientation of any party involved is not necessarily a primary factor, nor does it have to be a factor at all if you care to disregard it completely, so it may either be included or excluded. Also, you may consider a wide variety of elements in forming your answer, please think outside the box. Thank you.~ less
