The halibut and prawns are probably worth more then my days wages so it was like a extra extra bonus. I really like getting bonuses because it shows that the employer appreciates your hard work. Cheers and happy weekend!

If my aunt had been my mother, I doubt she would have brought me up with the same primary focus on education that my mother found important. My mother is studious and bookwormish, my aunt is more the glamour girl type. Each of them, however, had extremely chaotic histories of their relationships with men, resulting in having numerous children by various sperm-donors, very few of whom stuck around to be fathers. My mother was pregnant six times, my aunt seven or eight times. I know nothing of my biological father. ~ less

Her "Fairytale" always has appealed to me -- a very unassuming gorgeous little piece to me

My contact with live people at the business is limited. I once went more than two years without talking to a live human there. As a result, I'm unintentionally excluded from all discussions. They sometimes forget I'm on staff and have hired new people to cover new projects, only realizing later that they should have just forwarded them to me. An engineer friend of mine said he dealt with something similar, but works for a large corporation. Due to management shifts, he didn't have a direct supervisor, so there was nobody to assign him work. He went more than a month having no work to do at all. He went into the office and played games all day. less

However, when you order from a meal delivery service, the tip usually goes directly to the driver. In this case, it doesn't matter if you spend $10 or $20 or $100. His or her work is the same. It doesn't make sense to tip based on the order amount. Is there a certain amount that's fair?

When I complained, they didn't even ask me what I wanted done- they just issued a refund. I was like, "That's great, but my kid has no food. You didn't solve the problem."I tried out Postmates because they had a free delivery deal going. After I put everything together and collected orders from everyone, I realized they charge a "service fee" separately; a portion of the amount of each item. In that case, the service fee was over $30. Insane. I also tried out UberEats, but have had issues with errors and getting refunds for missed items there too.Which food delivery services have you tried and are any of them better than the others? less
